Music Monday - Get Over It

Published by rozella at 12:04 pm under Music, Spirit, Women Edit This

It’s that time of the month again when everything around me seems to be going wrong. The truth is that the world is in perfect order and I love my life, but no matter how hard I try to keep my spirits up, it always comes crashing down again. I am genuinely happy, but no matter what I do right now, I still can’t get rid of this feeling. Help! I am PMS-ing badly!

I am exercising regularly, I am on low fat diet, I don’t eat meat, I don’t take alcohol or caffeine, I am getting enough sleep, but sigh…why oh why am I still so depressed? It is only 12pm, but I already can’t wait for the day to end. L

I need to get over this quick!

I hope that your day picks up for you, roxie. I’m sorry to hear that you are feeling so depressed. I agree with ladyjava. Maybe you do have some unfinished business that you have to take care of and maybe you will feel better.
