The Twist
If you have recently visited my personal blog, Asian Mutt International, you would probably know that my left leg looks like this at the moment:

I twisted my ankle while playing futsal (indoor soccer) a few days ago and I was very fortunate to be able to go to a Chinese traditional doctor right away. Although it might take about a week more for my foot to completely heal, the swelling has gone down immensely and the good news is that I have started walking again.
If for some reason you sprain your ankle and can’t get it treated immediately, always remember to use the R.I.C.E. guideline.
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevate
To prevent further injuries, make sure that you wear appropriate shoes, warm up before exercising, be alert when in action and rest your body when tired.
